BATCHELDER, Circuit Judge.

In this case we are' asked to review the sentence imposed by the district court on David Crousore after he pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and one count of possession of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844. The sentencing judge refused to grant Crousore a two-level credit for acceptance of responsibility (U.S.S.G. § 3E1.1) because of, Crousore’s post-arrest activities, and enhanced Crou-sore’s sentence for obstruction of justice (U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1) because of Crousore’s perjurious…
