OPINION

RONALD LEE GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Mia Wenk, Shevonne Trice, Heather De-cormier-McFarland, Monica Sampson, Charlotte McGehee, and Joyce Lamar appeal the district court’s decision denying them absolute and qualified immunity under federal law and governmental immunity under Michigan law. Nathaniel Brent claims that these defendants, all of whom are social workers, violated his constitutional rights when they searched his home without a warrant and temporarily re moved his minor children from his custody. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM IN PART AND REVERSE IN PART the decision…
