McQUADE, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered pursuant to a jury verdict finding appellant guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of I.C. § 49-1102. 1 The verdict was based in part on evidence, admitted over motion to suppress, showing the positive results of a “Mobat” chemical breath test authorized by I.C. § 49-3S2. 2 Appellant assigns error to admission of this evidence, arguing that it was obtained by methods violative of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States…
