This appeal arises from an entry of a default judgment by the trial court against defendants-appellants The Gary, Indiana Fire Department Civil Service Commission, Eli Mandich, Reverend Robert Lowery and Danny Cifalia upon a complaint in mandate filed by appellee Willie Baker, Jr. (Baker).
