John Alderman, Bobby Johnston, Randall Pedersen, and Hanging “L” Ranch, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (collectively the appellants), appeal the orders of the Antelope County District Court dismissing their petition requesting declaratory, injunctive, and other relief and denying their motion for new trial.
