On November 2, 1936, Paul Steenberg Construction Company, a Minnesota corporation, was the owner of certain industrial property in the city of St. Paul and certain machinery, tools, and equipment located in the building on the real estate. On that date, the Steenberg company entered into a contract with one John H. Anderson under which it sold and agreed to convey the real and personal property to Anderson for the sum of $45,000, with interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of six percent per annum, principal and interest to be payable in monthly installments.
