Appellant Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) appeals the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, confirming the Fifth Amended Plan of Reorganization and Supplemental Amendment proposed by Appellee Village Green I, GP (“Village Green”), the Debtor in the bankruptcy proceeding. For the reasons set forth below, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED AND REMANDED IN PART.
