I. BACKGROUND1
Plaintiff began working as an apparel stocker at Wal-Mart in July of 2005. During plaintiffs time at Wal-Mart, a contentious relationship developed between plaintiff and her supervisor, an assistant manager at Wal-Mart named Rodney Shoaf. Throughout plaintiffs filings in this case, plaintiff has repeatedly alleged that Shoaf humiliated her, took other employees’ sides in disputes, discriminated against her, and harassed her.
