The plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”), commenced this action seeking a declaratory judgment that Allstate does not have to defend or indemnify the defendant Stanley J. Oles, Jr. (“Oles”) for any lawsuits arising out of the alleged sexual molestation of minors by Oles.
