The present dispute arises out of the cancellation of an insurance policy issued by defendant Saucon Mutual Insurance Co. Plaintiff has filed a four-count complaint seeking recovery under theories of fraud, breach of contract, and the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Practices Law (UTPCPL). Defendant has filed preliminary objections demurring to the claims for punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
