The appellee brought suit against the appellant insurance company on a policy insuring his house in Washington County against destruction by tornado and lightning for the sum of $1,500, alleging that the house covered by the policy, while the same was in full force and effect, was on the............day of April, 1928, totally destroyed by a cyclone, and the contents of the building, including’ the papers, insurance policy and checks and receipts for payment of assessments.
