The will of Mrs. Euphemia Conklin, deceased, contains the following residuary clause:

“All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever as well that which I now have as that which I may hereafter acquire or die possessed of or entitled to including all legacies heretofore mentioned which may lapse and any portion of my estate that I have not hereinbefore effectually or sufficiently disposed of I give, devise and bequeath unto my dear husband Peter L.
