This is a bill seeking the construction of the will of Michael A. Devine, late of the City of Atlantic City. Mr. Devine was, during his lifetime, a successful businessman. He had been a realtor and insurance broker for many years and had accumulated a sizeable estate. His will was executed November 15th, 1938, and the first codicil on the 21st day of that month and year. The second codicil was executed on April 8th, 1941.
