OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MILLER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of the murder of his wife. V.T.C.A. Penal Code § 19.02(a)(1). The jury also assessed his punishment at life imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. The court of appeals overruled appellant’s five points of error and affirmed the judgment of the trial court. Bryan v.
