In 1977, appellant Keith Allen Deaton entered a guilty plea in Independence County Circuit Court to charges of capital murder and burglary and received concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without parole and twenty years’ incarceration. In 2007, appellant filed a petition for writ of error coram nobis in the trial court, which was denied without a hearing. Appellant now brings this appeal of that order.
