This action is brought to restrain the disclosure and use of certain alleged trade secrets by the defendants. Plaintiff uses a process for making transfer stamps and embroidery patterns which it manufactures and sells. Transfer stamps are used to mark textile fabrics, leathers and other articles with an identifying design.
