In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the appellant zoning board of appeals, dated December 15, 1976, which, after a hearing denied petitioners’ application for an area variance, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 11, 1977, which annulled the determination and granted the petition. Judgment reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits.
