dissenting. This case should be reversed and the suit dismissed. The order of the chancery court directs specific performance of an agreement by the City of Crossett to accept and maintain a sewer system located in the Woodlawn subdivision, which is owned by appellee Pacific Buildings, Inc. The City’s obligation to accept and maintain the sewer system was conditioned upon a finding that the system met the City’s standards.
