OPINION
McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.
This is a post-conviction application for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Article 11.07, V.AC.C.P. Applicant was convicted of capital murder in cause number 346935 in the 180th District Court of Harris County, and after the jury affirmatively answered the special issues he was sentenced to death. Article 87.071, V.AC.C.P. This Court affirmed applicant’s conviction and sentence of death. Thomas v. State, 701 S.W.2d 653 (Tex.Cr.App.1985).
