On March 15, 1970, the parties entered into a property settlement agreement purporting to settle any and all claims each had against the other arising out of the marriage. This agreement provided, among other things, that the husband pay for the support of their two minor children the amount of $200 a month and as alimony to the wife the amount of $100 per month. This agreement was incorporated in a decree of divorce entered by the court on May 7, 1970, which decree recited “the court accepts the agreement between the parties in lieu of testimony thereon,” and…
