Defendant-appellant, Arminta Mohundro Russell, was convicted by a jury on one count of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344, two counts of transporting in interstate commerce stolen goods, 18 U.S.C. § 2314, one count of conspiracy to commit fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 371, and two counts of falsely representing her social security number in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(g)(2). Pursuant to the United States Sentencing Commission Guidelines (Guidelines), a presen-tence investigation report was compiled for defendant assigning her at a total offense level of 14 with a criminal history category…
