OPINION

ON STATE’S MOTION FOR REHEARING

WOODLEY, Presiding Judge.

We were in error in holding that the complaint filed in corporation court did not comply with the requirement that the complaint “must be signed by the affiant by writing his name or affixing his mark.”

The complaint reads:
