Defendant was convicted on August 27, 1975, by the court without a jury of absconding while on bond for a felony, MCLA 750.199a; MSA 28.396(1). The charges arose out of defendant’s failure to appear for trial on an uttering and publishing charge on October 22, 1974. Defendant was sentenced to serve 2-1/2 to 4 years in prison upon conviction herein. Defendant appeals as of right.
