HATCHETT, Circuit Judge:
In this admiralty appeal, we review the district court’s findings and orders regarding negligence, apportionment of fault, damages, and prejudgment interest. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
BACKGROUND
Yazoo River Towing, Inc. (Yazoo River), owner and operator of the M/V Jim Pierce, entered into a contract with Warrior Tom-bigbee Transportation Company, Inc. (Warrior Tombigbee) to tow barges.
