BARKETT, Circuit Judge:
Roger Finnegan and Breen Capital Holdings Corp. (“Breen”) appeal an adverse judgment entered after a bench trial holding that they violated the Georgia Trade Secrets Act of 1990. The district court held that Finnegan and Breen had misappropriated from Finnegan’s former employer, Capital Asset Research Corp. (“CARC”), protected information regarding the economic value of certain real property in Fulton County, Georgia.
