This was an action in equity, begun in the superior court of Thurston county, seeking to have an order of the director of licenses revoking the plaintiff’s license to practice medicine and surgery in this state set aside. A hearing was had, and the court dismissed the action on the ground of lack of jurisdiction. From this order, the plaintiff, Edna V. Dale, appealed.
