On the 18th day of April, 1912, which was within the time theretofore granted to plaintiffs in error by the court for making and serving case-made, they obtained from the judge of the court an order further extending their time for making and serving such case-made for a period of 30 days from the 30th day of April, 1912. On the 11th day of June, 1912, upon agreement of the parties, an order was made by the judge as of date of May 18, 1912, by which plaintiffs in error were granted a further extension of time of fifteen days from the 20th day of May, 1912, for' the purpose of making and…
