OPINION
ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.
This appeal arises from the termination of parental rights. The trial court found by clear and convincing evidence that termination of the parent-child relationship *762between D.R. and his children was in the children’s best interest and that Appellant had engaged in acts or conduct that satisfied one or more of the statutory grounds. D.R. complains of evidentiary error, and assails the constitutionality of Section 263.405 of the Texas Family Code. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
