The defendant in the trial court and the respondent in this action, James Brockelman, appealed to the court of appeals the trial court’s denial of his post-conviction motion to modify the terms of his probation. Brockel-man argued that the geographic restriction imposed as a condition of probation was not reasonably related to the purpose of probation, and the court of appeals agreed, invalidating the geographic restriction.
