WALTER, Justice.
Troy Creswell recovered a judgment against Texas Employers Insurance Association for total and permanent disability benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Texas Employers Insurance Association has appealed.
Effective September 1, 1971, Article 8306, Section 12c was amended. The amended section is as follows:
“If an employee who has suffered a previous injury shall suffer a subsequent injury which results in a condition of incapacity to which both injuries or their effects have contributed, the association shall be liable for all compensation provided by this Act, but…
