Before the Court is a “Motion to Reconsider Order of Default Judgment Granted to Defendant Donald D. Kurth,” 1 filed June 25, 2010 by Sean Connor (“Connor”). Clerk’s No. 12. Krista M. Gorsche, as Executor for the Estate of Donald D. Kurth 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Kurth”), filed a resistance to the Motion on July 30, 2010. Clerk’s No. 17.
