This case is before the court upon an order setting aside an order of dismissal and restoring the case to the docket “for the purpose of adducing evidence relative to the service of copies of the court decision and judgment entered on January 24, 1968.”
The merchandise involved herein consists of nylon yarn assessed with duty at 50 per centum ad valorem under paragraph 1301 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and claimed to be dutiable at 22% per centum ad valorem or 25 cents per pound under said paragraph, as modified.
