MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion to withdraw guilty pleas under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(d). The Court held a hearing on this matter on January 2, 1985.

FACTS

The defendant Yadaain David Dixon pled guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to four counts of bank robbery on October 12, 1983 and October 25, 1983.
