Plaintiff, The Living Will Center, appeals the summary judgment dismissing its complaint against defendants, NBC Subsidiary (KCNC-TV), Inc., and one of its reporters — Suzanne McCarroll. Plaintiff’s complaint included claims of libel, violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, disparagement of plaintiff’s business products and services, and tortious interference with a prospective economic advantage and business opportunity.
