McDONALD, Chief Justice.
Prior to the execution of the deeds herein involved, the tract of land therein conveyed, 320 acres in Young County, belonged to the widow of J. J. Hayman, deceased, his six living children, all of whom were .adults, and the children of h'is two deceased children. The widow, Mrs. E. A. Hayman, owned a one-half undivided interest, and the six adult children and the two sets of. grandchildren each owned an undivided .one-sixteenth interest. The grandchildren were minors.
