Appellant Harvie Anglin appeals the order of the Johnson County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Johnson Regional Medical Center (JRMC). On appeal, he asserts that the circuit court erred in determining that JRMC was entitled to charitable immunity and in determining that it was not necessary to address the issue of governmental immunity.
