This action was commenced improperly in the circuit court, that court having been deprived of its jurisdiction in such matters by the Laws of 1899, amending chapter 86, Eevised Statutes 1889, by inserting section 5529a. There is no doubt but that the circuit court formerly had jurisdiction of such a case as this, said jurisdiction having been provided for by Eevised Statutes 1899, section 3318.
