OPINION
LAMB, Vice Chancellor.
The plaintiff sues multiple defendants on seven different counts, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference. The moving defendants argue that the plaintiff has previously litigated critical factual allegations underlying many of the counts, and lost. Therefore, the defendants posit, the plaintiff is collaterally estopped from relitigat-ing those facts, and the counts premised thereon must be dismissed.
