In this lawsuit, plaintiffs Kelly McGin-ley, Richard C. Dorley, and Debra Giles charge that the Associate Justices of the Alabama Supreme Court unconstitutionally established a religion of “nontheistic beliefs” when they removed a monument depicting the Ten Commandments from the rotunda of the Alabama State Judicial Building.
