This suit was brought to the superior court of Fulton county, Georgia, and the original petition (formal parts omitted) was as follows: “The petition of the Sperry Flour Company, of Tacoma, State of Washington, respectfully shows: 1. That the defendant hereto is the Atlantic Coast Line Eailroad Company, a corporation of the State of "Virginia, and a common carrier. 2.
