This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy judge entered in a proceeding pursuant to Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 701, et seq., enjoining appellant utility company from requiring appellees to pay a two-months’ security deposit or post a surety bond as a precondition to continued electrical service.
