*683The plaintiffs allegedly sustained personal injuries when, as pedestrians, they were struck by a vehicle owned by the defendant Executive Fleet Management, Corp. and operated by the defendant Segundo F. Machagilla Pinto at an intersection which was controlled by traffic lights.
