This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying DHS Management Services, Inc., Diagnostic Health Services, Inc., Mobile Diagnostic Systems, Inc. (collectively “DHS”), 1 and Jennifer Ann Hjarpe’s motion to dismiss Heather Castro’s claims. In two issues, appellants contend the trial court erred in failing to dismiss Castro’s claims because she failed to timely file an expert report.
