MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEE, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. The issues presented are: (1) whether the Court should dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) where Plaintiffs pray for $500,-000 each in damages but actual damages to date are just over $10,000; (2) whether the Court should dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted for negligent infliction of emotional distress where Plaintiff Carsten Goffs physical injuries are a result of fright and shock…
