This was a claim, filed in the probate court of Kane county, for $2821, against thé estate of Patrick Freeman, deceased, by defendant in error, who was a son of deceased. The claim was based on services rendered by the claimant for deceased, extending through a space of several years, after he arrived at 21 years of age. He claims that the labor was performed under an implied promise of payment for the labor.
