Plaintiffs, Grace González García, her husband, Jorge Bracero Landrón, and their conjugal partnership, bring the pres ent action against Plaintiff González Garcia’s former employer, Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (“PREPA”), and its executive director, Miguel A.
