Appeal from an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 27, 1992, which ruled that claimant was entitled to reimbursement for various expenditures.
Claimant sustained grievous injuries while at work which rendered him a quadriplegic, totally and permanently disabled, requiring round-the-clock care by a specially trained registered nurse supplemented by a home health care attendant.
