Certiorari to quash the record for alleged conflict of a decision by which the Kansas City Court of Appeals affirmed a judgment for plaintiff in an action for personal injuries sustained in a collision between an automobile, in which plaintiff was riding as a guest, and a streetcar owned and operated by defendant. The writ was issued, the record certified, and the cause submitted herein prior to the effective date of the newly adopted Constitution of Missouri, 1945.
