This is a controversy between two insurance companies, the appeal being from a decision of the Industrial Commission finding petitioner liable for the payment of compensation to Aaron Sabey for disability resulting from an injury occurring December 4, 1922, while in the service of the Royal Coal Company, at which time petitioner was the insurance carrier of that company.
