DiCARLO, Judge:
Plaintiffs, domestic producers of inner tubes, have moved for relief from the Court’s order of October 24, 1985, affirming, except as to verification of the weights of the merchandise exported by intervenor Dong-Ah Tire Ind. Co., Ltd. (Dong-Ah), a final determination by the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (Commerce) that inner tubes from the Republic of Korea (Korea) are being sold in the United States at not less than fair value.
